The King’s Mane Revisited

Back in 2011, when we first discussed LeBron James’ hair loss, he was still without an NBA championship and vilified throughout sports.  Since that time, LeBron has rehabilitated his image and won back-to-back NBA championships along with numerous other awards.  This has helped LeBron re-establish his brand and become a distinguished figure in the sports world.  To many outside of Cleveland, his infamous ‘decision’ seems like a long time ago.

For all that LeBron has accomplished on the court the past few years, off the court his hair loss continues to be a concern.  He has shown signs of further recession and, according to sources close to him, continues to be very self-conscious about it.  With his image being significant in importance, the king must soon consider the necessary steps to restore his hair.  With the numerous advancements in the industry of hair transplantation, it would be foolish for him not to at least consider it.

Though no one will question LeBron’s skills on the basketball court, it is a wonder why he has appeared to neglect his hair loss for this long.  Hopefully he takes care of his hairline before it gets called for a backcourt violation.
